Read it in her own words... As she begins ......
Here...arrives Me - a new member in family ... the first child to my parents, Me. A healthy, lovely, baby girl marked over weight to bring happiness to the newly father and mother. The sparkle in her eyes brings joy to the father and he considers her as his lucky charm.
The love and care makes leads her to be a pampered yet obedient Papa's Girl - Komal, as the world knows her. She brought with her a rebel, who would not spare even her best loved, if it goes a wrong way. A true follower of justice and god fearing adolescent girl.
Gradually, the family further grew up adding to her company a younger brother and a cute, intelligent little sister. She adored her brother from the start but took some time to accept her sister as a member in the family, though she was happy to see and touch the small delicate baby lying in hospital bed, with her mum. It took her time to share her clothes and precious belongings with her sister. Komal was growing. And with her, there was a rebel, growing stronger and stubborn day by day. Papa loved Komal so much that she started feeling suffocated due to his possessiveness and insecurity. He was scared of this bad world and intended to save her from all the pains, which a girl usually undergoes during the course of her life. He could not make her understand his insecurity and wise intentions which grew her to be an uncontrolled teenager with a sense of ignorance and partiality felt in the wrong ways. She assumed that her parents are orthodox and will not let her spread her wings as they do for her brother. It made her go apart from them and build a separate world of hers which remained a secret to her parents.
We have usually come across a saying at sometime or the other stating- A person seeks love and affection outside only in case he doesn't find it at home.
This statement does not indicate absence of affection in home, which we generally conclude. It also includes the feeling of solitude which usually erupts in the minds of a person who misinterprets the situations and finds it difficult to share and clarify. Komal, the baby girl who was the twinkling star of his papa's eyes was one such teenager. She grew up with some wrong assumptions led due to her father's stringent rules implied on her and the generation gap lying between her mum and herself.
She fell for a boy in high school and took a wrong turn for the first time in her life. A wrong turn because, she was blessed with a life smooth and blissful till she started taking her own decisions and carrying them as a fighter till end. The relationship lasted for 4 years and ended with a dual betrayal. She found her best friend, though unknowingly, to be one of the girls to be hanging along with her boyfriend - a womanizer. But Komal had incorporated all the traits of a fighter- Thanks to her inspiring father. She came out of it soon to fell for a more daring and challenging turn in the journey called life.
She was approached by 3 guys at a time and in a true dramatic sequence, accepted to go with one of them.
Komal was a simple girl with very nominal dreams and lots of crave for an expression of true love and affection for her. Ram looked to her a guy with truth and love in her eyes. She felt that he would bring her all the joys of life and his personal traits would win her parent's heart and acceptance to the relationship. She assumed that all the clouds of betrayal are now vanished and she will breathe the fresh air in the clear sunlight of love and affection for the whole life thereafter - only time had the answer. She trusted his words and Ram allowed her all the information about his family background, his education, his social status and even his age - true in his own ways. It was not too late when he confessed of his words and shared with her the truth about his family, education and after few months, even about her age. It was tough for her to understand and accept that she was somewhere again facing a betrayal. Ram still hided certain facts to make sure that she did not go away, as he had fallen for her at the very first sight. He knew all about the differences but could not analyze the outcomes. And Komal, she had the power to analyze and courage to stop the relation - but she did not know the truth. Someone was playing the game of planned mystery and Ram-Komal was mere puppets. GOD would have planned something for them and thus, the game begun.
Ram had his own insecurities and a womanizer inside. Although he felt differently for Komal, right from start, but still he did not knew where he was heading to. Komal took the things closer to heart and restarted with her process of building dreams of love, marriage, home, family, kids... and much more. Ram showed the entire attitude showcasing the similar feelings and to be specific more possessive behavior than Komal could ever think of. He was the portrayal of simplicity, true and pure love with dedication and sincerity, a remarkably good human being and a devoted son in the eyes of his beloved - Komal. And this was all which was needed to make Komal feel that this is the right decision of her life. There were lots of ups and downs. She had to undergo a lot of disagreements, discussions, compromises, sacrifices, teary nights, swollen eyes, broken dreams, shattered expectations and lot of explanations to make him feel that she would never go away from him. Ram had become a major part of her life and it was now beyond imagination for her to even think of separating from him. She was struggling hard since beginning to make him understand the need of a well established career and to lead a happy life post marriage. She was well educated, self dependent and her upbringing had provided her with certain capabilities, drawbacks and expectations from life. Though she never dreamt of a limousine but still it was important for her to own a car and more importantly that to be bought by his husband's earnings.
After 5 yrs. of her relationship with Ram, she had drawn few conclusions as per her intuition and experiences. She could make out that Ram did not have sense of responsibility as much she expected from her future husband. She could smell the fishy attitude of his mum. Educational and social status of his family would surely bring some hindrance to her personal as well as social aspirations. It would be tough for her to convince her parents for their wedding as it would damage her father's societal felicity. It was tough for her to accept the facts take a decision. But thinking about mutual aspirations and consequences of this imbalanced relationship, which would not bring out desired happiness and ruin their affection for each other in future, Komal took a harsh decision to separate ways. It was indeed an unbelievable and tough decision on her part but she could only find this one the best of all options. Now, she needed to seek for the right time to disclose the decision to Ram and convince him for this sacrifice. But, again there was a silent player who was holding the strings and Ram-Komal were mere puppets. A bad news was on the cards for Ram and it could not be avoided. He lost his father due to cancer. It was a time when Ram needed maximum support from Komal as he was shattered from within. He forgot to smile and broke up completely. Komal could runaway at this time and he would not even ask her once about any explanation. But, Komal had a heart which was still beating for him. She could not think of leaving him at this point of time. Also, she recalled a promise which she had done to his father during his last days - which she will always take care of him. Living up to the commitments was one of the virtues she possessed. This could change her life completely and she was all set. She knew that it will be tough but one thing always kept her going. It was love - love was what she always craved for. She had a good rapport with his mum, his brother and now lately with his sister too. Ram showered love on her- always when he was in his senses and free from insecure thoughts. This was sufficient to her for continuing with the relation which she knew would compel her to leave behind, her relationships she was gifted at the time of birth - relationship wit her Papa, her mummy, brother and sister. She knew that being a girl, she will leave them behind one day, so why to be scared of doing it today.
Now was the time to take another drift. ..........
Watch out for more... soon..
